Since the first Arctic Circle Restaurant opened in 1950, the chain has been helping to shape today's fast-food industry. A series of industry firsts combined with constant attention to quality improvements have brought Arctic Circle Restaurants, Inc., continued and growing success.

Arctic Circle's menu has grown from ice cream, burgers, french fries and ranch fried chicken in the 1950s to today's full range of made-to-order sandwiches, salads, shakes, fries and onion rings.

Based in Salt Lake County, Arctic Circle's operations currently span seven states throughout the west with 79 stores, including 52 franchises and 27 company-owned stores. Arctic Circles dot the maps of Utah, Idaho, California, Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Wyoming.
